Method
- On medium heat fry bacon in 1 tsp of olive oil until crispy. Once bacon is ready remove it from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- In medium bowl whisk together mayonnaise, dijon, garlic, anchovy paste, dorchester sauce and lemon juice together.
- Once whisked gradually add parmesan cheese to dressing then pour over prepped romaine lettuce, top with bacon and serve.
