Method
- Combine whipping cream, eggnog and cocoa powder in medium size pot and mix well.
- Transfer pot to stove and heat on medium low heat while stirring constantly.
- Once dairy has warmed up add milk chocolate pieces and continue to stir until all chocolate has melted.
- Continue to warm cocoa for another 1-2 minutes then remove from heat and let cool for about 5 mins.
- Transfer to large mugs and top with peppermint marshmallow.
Notes
This recipe does not require any additional sugarĀ as it is already pretty sweet (ELF level sweetness lol) from the eggnog and chocolate. If you would like to make it a little sweeter I suggest adding an additional ounce of milk chocolate.
