Method
- Seasons pork should very generously with dry rub.
- Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours
- Once done marinating, remove from fridge, place in slow cooker and let sit at room temperature while you prep the sauce.
- In a small bowl combine BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, stock, Dijon and Worcester sauce
- Place onions on top of pork and pour sauce over roast, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Once done remove pork from slow cooker, transfer pork into separate bowl pull pork apart with a fork and serve with sauce.

- Combine all ingredients together, mix well.
- Store in airtight container and use as needed.
