Method
- Salt & pepper chicken generously then sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Place all vegetables on bottom of slow cooker then place chicken on top of veggies.
- Combine wine and chicken stock then pour over meat and veggies, add a little salt and pepper as desired then cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Notes
Let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before service and enjoy with a side of rice pilaf!
